During the 2024 Spring Festival Golden Week, Taimushan Scenic Area experienced sustained peak visitor flows, maintaining high daily attendance for seven consecutive days. The area received a total of 116,300 tourists, marking a 25.6% increase compared to the same period in 2023. Notably, on the first statutory workday (the seventh day of the Lunar New Year), it still welcomed 26,011 visitors, a 50.21% year-on-year surge, setting a new single-day record. Data shows that approximately 10,000 tourists chose off-peak travel at the holiday's end, creating a unique post-holiday tourism phenomenon.

The scenic area's themed campaign, "If You're Not Working During Spring Festival, Visit Taimushan," achieved significant success. Traditional folk performances and intangible cultural heritage craft experiences created a distinctive holiday tourism appeal. Granite peaks, Jiuli Lake landscapes, ancient mountain temples, and cliff carvings formed a dual natural-cultural attraction, driving visitor interest.

The holiday operations garnered concentrated coverage from major media outlets, including CCTV, People's Daily, Fujian Daily, Mindong Daily, and Ningde Radio and Television. Reports highlighted the area's innovative cultural-tourism integration, unique geological features, and traditional culture revitalization, effectively boosting regional tourism brand influence.
