This Spring Festival, Taimushan witnessed a continuous surge in tourist numbers, with orderly visits and high-quality services. During the holiday period, the number of tourists to Taimushan reached 107,100, a year-on-year increase of 50.2% compared to 2023, ushering in a "prosperous start" for the tourist reception in the new year.
Taimushan had planned in advance, with red lanterns hanging everywhere and various red-themed lighting decorations bringing a strong festive atmosphere of Spring Festival. The festive mood was everywhere. Photo spots were set up within the scenic area, and interactive games such as Taimushan Ring Toss, Taimushan Fortune Drawing, and Taimushan Dragon Stamping were introduced. Through a variety of activities, tourists were immersed in the experience, feeling the rich flavor of the Chinese New Year amidst traditional culture.
During the Spring Festival, in addition to setting up multiple offline consultation service points to answer tourists' questions wholeheartedly, the scenic area also established a multi-channel online consultation platform, providing round-the-clock online consultation services through platforms such as Douyin and WeChat, greatly facilitating tourists who had not yet entered the park or had more travel-related questions. Moreover, free self-service storage, umbrellas, wheelchairs, and other services were provided at the distribution center, while "free tea stations" were set up at multiple rest stops to supply tea to tourists free of charge. Additionally, leisure chairs and sunshades were added to provide resting places for tourists, allowing them to experience the warmth of Taimushan.
The Administrative Committee and all staff members of the scenic area voluntarily gave up their holiday rest and went to the front lines, putting the spirit of loving and respecting their work into practice with a high sense of responsibility and enthusiasm. At the distribution center, parking lot, boarding points, major attractions, and other locations, the staff provided meticulous, heartwarming, and considerate services to guests with full enthusiasm and high-quality service. They conveyed the warm care of Taimushan through practical actions, striving to ensure that guests arrive happily and leave satisfied.
The scenic area optimized product offerings by opening "Fuding Gifts" specialty stores, "Eat in Fuding" snack shops, and introducing rail cars and electric sightseeing buses to allow tourists to "climb the mountain painlessly" and enjoy a unique travel experience. Additionally, multiple distinctive photo spots were set up to meet tourists' photography needs, and leisure activities such as tea-boiling around a stove and starry sky camping grounds were introduced to enhance visitors' experience.
