Enjoying the reputation of "spectacle of mountains and sea", Taimushan, bordering the coast of the East China Sea, is endowed with a good climate, adjacent to magnificent mountains and blue sea, showing a solemn and magnificent air. Commanding the beautiful scenery would be exciting... Now, a good news comes. The Ropeway Route Selection Program of Taimushan Mountain Peak has passed experts' review. 

On April 1, famous experts made review the Ropeway Route Selection Program of Taimushan Scenic Area - Mountain Park at the invitation of Housing and Urban-rural Development of Fujian. In the morning, Chen Suwei, former inspector of Housing and Urban-rural Development of Anhui, Prof. Tang Xueshan from School of Landscape Architecture of Beijing Forestry University, Zuo Xiaoping, former director of the Urban Construction Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development, Wang Jianping, Chairman of Urban Planning Society of Fujian and professor-level senior engineer, Lin Dadi, senior engineer from Fuzhou Planning & Design Research Institute as well as comrades and relevant personnel from Ningde Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Urban Planning Bureau of Ningde and competent departments of Ningde paid an investigation tour to the selected ropeway site. 

They paid an investigation travel to Yangli Village, Taimu Square, Fog Viewing Pavilion and other places in Taimushan Scenic Area and put forward suggestions and opinions in the field by reference to the planning map.

While taking a rest under shade of trees, they made arduous discussion. 

In the afternoon, experts, together with relevant leaders and department representatives from Housing and Urban-rural Development of Fujian, Ningde and Fuding, gathered at the conference room of Fuding International Hotel to attend the Review Meeting of the Ropeway Route Selection Program. The meeting was presided over by Chen Zhongguang, chief of the Urban Construction Department of Housing and Urban-rural Development of Fujian and director of the Landscape Architecture Office. At the meeting, Jiang Jinming, Deputy Director-general of Housing and Urban-rural Development of Fujian offered instructions and Xiao Jianhua, Deputy Mayor of Fuding, and Lin Yonghai, Secretary of Party Committee of Taimushan Management Committee were present at the meeting. 

All experts reached a consensus that the construction of the ropeway would better expand the touring lines in Taimushan Scenic Area, enlarge the touring area in the Scenic Area and ease tourists during peak periods. Yangli-Baiyun Ropeway Route Selection Program raised by the planning unit was approved. In addition, it was agreed to build the ropeway in two sections, include the direction program of the ropeway in the Scenic Area's overall plan and report as required. At the end of the meeting, Jiang Jinming, Deputy Director-general of Housing and Urban-rural Development of Fujian, gave a closing remark. The review meeting was successfully concluded.
