On December 8, some foreign tourists from Russia, France, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan came to Fu'an for one-day tour in Baiyunshan Scenic Area. According to information, they attended The 1^st "Panyong Congou" Cup Open Bicycle Tournament held in Fu'an from December 9 to October 10. Their presence there was to be get familiar with the race in advance. They arrived at the scenic area at noon. Though they had not seen the "Three Wonders of Baiyunshan - Sunrise, Sea of Clouds and Buddha's Light, they took selfie and group photos pleasantly.

In spite of the legend of "nine dragons" amidst the green hills, clear waters, strange caves and beautiful rocks, these foreign tourists were shocked by the wonderful views of caves in caves of varied sizes and shapes and said "Wow, fantastic" repeatedly. After noticing the English road signs, they got thrilled and went on the adventure by themselves without waiting for the interpreter. The winding rivers, flowing stream waters and green and luxuriant valleys were really a feast to their eyes. One of them said regretfully "how I wish I ride my bicycle here!"

Besides Baiyunshan Scenic Area, they also departured from Fuchun Hotel by bicycle, made a detour from some road sections in Fu'an and went to Liancun, Zhongliang No.1 and other places, embarking on a special cycling tour. Further, they also tasted Panyong Congou Black Tea.
