From September 1 to 3, the No.7 and No.8 exhibition halls of the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center had been crowded with sea of visitors, and displayed bustling scenes. As the only large-scale tourism exhibition, "2017 Ningbo International Travel Exposition" ("NITE" for short) kicked off here.

This NITE was sponsored by Ningbo Tourism Bureau and CCPIT Ningbo Committee, and functioned as an important part of Ningbo Tourism Festival. This exhibition with an overall size of 20,000m² and 900 booths (special booths above 80%) lasted three days.

On the principles of "benefiting the people" and "field sales", this travel expo covered various tourism elements, including discounted travel routes, catering, scenic area ticket, homestay, etc. 

     In the early morning of September 1, people swarmed in front of the gate to No.8 exhibition hall of the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center. A lot of citizens with recent travelling plans said, "the discount is really favorable." As they discussed with each other, they also were busying in leafing through the tourism brochures in their hands, which made you think that they were preparing for a "war" for travelling purchase. 

        Fu'an Baiyunshan Scenic Area also participated in this expo. In the exhibition hall for Fujian Province, the booth of Baiyunshan also attracted a lot of local citizens and tourists from different places. After seeing the propaganda materials and consulting about relevant information, some tourist expressed, "it is really beautiful, I will go there when I have time."; some tourists who already knew Baiyunshan before showed that Baiyunshan was already in their travelling plan; there were even some people who said that they had been Fu'an Baiyunshan before and gave good praises of it. 

       For Fu'an Baiyunshan Scenic Area, the NITE was a good opportunity. It not only made more people outside Fujian, even outside China know about Fu'an Baiyunshan, but also provided a good platform for mutual learning between tourism practitioners. We believe that the experiences we learned through this platform would promote the better development of our scenic area.
