On July 8, Zhouning County staged such performance and spreading of its fame in tea and tourism at the provincial capital -- Fuzhou...

On that day, Zhouning County All-for-one Tourism and Alpine Cloud-mist Tea Promotion Exhibition was launched in the Nanhou Street Exhibition Center of Three Lanes and Seven Alleys in Fuzhou. This promotion meeting co-sponsored by the Publicity Department of Zhouning County Party Committee, Zhouning Tourism Bureau, Zhouning Tea Management Bureau, Zhouning Culture & Sports and Press and Publication Bureau featured original forms, rich contents, and unique tastes, and had gained popularity among tourists at the beginning. During the activity, the performances, like the county song Living among Blue Sky and White Clouds, dance Harvest Year, video Zhouning of Tea Charm, seemed to bring the cool and refreshing mountain wind on the stage; In the exhibition hall, the six exhibition zones, including the display zone for Zhouning Scenic Area, display zone for intangible heritage, display zone for cultural customs, display zone for farming culture, display zone for farm products, display zone for tea enterprises, gave an all-round and multi-perspective representation of Zhouning, and created immersive and inspiring scenes for the tourists from all walks of life. 

Exhibition of featured commodities 

In the morning of that day, the author found that this place gathered a large crowd of tourists, an indication of high popularity, at the exhibition hall sited in Three Lanes and Seven Alleys. The alpine cloud-mist tea of fine quality and the tea art performance of hospitality overflowed with fragrance, manifested the unique quality of Zhouning alpine cloud-mist tea and passed on numerous strands of cool sense to the guests standing there. The folk custom relics, cultural items and local specialties of unique farming charm also attracted waves of tourists to stop, visit and purchase.

In the afternoon of that day, Zhouning County All-for-one Tourism and Alpine Cloud-mist Tea Promotion Meeting was held in Fuzhou RAMADA; at this meeting, relevant people in tea and tourism fields from various parts of China gathered together, made friends with tea, shared their ideas about mountains and rivers, and talked about great development plans for the integration of tea and tourism.

Huang Guicheng, the magistrate of Zhouning County stated that as the pilot county for provincial all-for-one tourism, Zhouning County especially made efforts on industry development, infrastructure, social undertakings, poverty relief and development, ecological environment, and was dedicated to create a thick atmosphere for "Revitalizing Tourism with Joint efforts" by driving the deep integration of "tourism +" agriculture, industry, and service industry, improving the supporting facilities and strengthening management and service. He hoped that this promotion meeting could help both Zhouning tea and tourism increase their popularity and reputation and attract more tourists to Zhouning to share this land of natural beauty and promise.

A lot of industry experts were invited to this promotion meeting to conduct deep discussion and analysis in terms of various topics, such as the brand creation for Zhouning alpine cloud-mist tea, local natural resources, cultural landscapes, unique folk customs and all-for-one tourism. "Zhouning is a key tea-producing county in China and enjoys a long history for tea producing. I hope that the tea industry of Zhouding can set its foundation on the current situation, namely, it should keep its development momentum of the primary industry, like tea planting and processing, meanwhile, it should also optimize its structure of tea industry to advance the deep processing of tea industry and the development of secondary and tertiary industries related to tea", Sun Yun, a professor and doctoral supervisor in the Department of Tea Science of Fujian Agriculture and Forest University

On the promotion meeting, part representatives from Zhouning's first batch of promoted and opened-up tourism spots, Zhouning alpine cloud-mist tea enterprises and invited guest witnessed together the opening ceremony of the first batch of promoted and opened-up projects for Zhouning All-for-one tourism.

It is learned that Zhouning County will hold a one-week promotion exhibition in the Nanhou Street Exhibition Hall of Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, Fuzhou starting from July 8. During the activity, the first 2,000 visitors will each receive an exquisite gift pack and enjoy a ninety percent discount for the tickets of Jiulongji and Carp Brook scenic areas.

Zhouning -- a coastal sub-plateau ecotourism county, possesses superior natural environments and an average altitude of 800m; its county seat of an altitude of 886m is the highest place across the whole province. In recent years, Zhouning County has taken initiatives in blending into the "Extensive Tour" circle, identified its own development position as a "Coastal Sub-plateau Ecotourism County", made the "two centers, four areas, one axle and one ring" general planning for the development of its tourism industry, namely, to construct county-level tourists center by relying on the little town -- Carp Brook in the western city, construct tourists sub-center relying on Xiancun high-speed railway station; to create the central city-circling recreation area, northern alpine lake vacation area, southern farming, religion and culture area, and western sightseeing and expedition valley area; to form the "three verticals" tourism axle by relying on the new traffic pattern for further constructing the grand tourism loop, in order to make a new total-covering and total-penetrating pattern for the all-for-one tourism development. It is learned that in 2016 the county realized a production of dry semifinished tea nearly ten thousand tons with a value of RMB 321 million.
