On June 16, Fujian Tourism Development Group and Fuding Municipal Government entered into a strategic cooperation agreement for joint investment and operation of the tourist industry and resource development in Fuding. The signing ceremony was held at the conference room on the 6th floor, Building 2 of Fuding Municipal Government.

Chen Yangbiao, Chairman and Liu Jianhong, Deputy General Manager of Fujian Tourism Development Group, Liu Zhenhui, secretary and Lian Jianqun, sceretary of Fuding Committee of the Communist Party of China, Chen Hui, Deputy Mayor of Fuding and other leaders and guests as well as the relevant principals of units directly subordinate to the municipal government also attended the signing ceremony.
Fujian Tourism Development Group was founded after merger and reorganization of Fujian Enterprises Co. Limited and Fujian CTS Group, and is a large-scale provincial enterprise group under the supervision of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Fujian Province. Following the "industry + capital" development mode and the operation mode of "building a platform, integrating resources, unfettering limited tourism and developing big tourism", the Group adopts the "four-one" development strategy supported by six modules (one big industry, one big platform, one big trade and one quality brand, that is develop tourism industry, build capital operation platform, do a good job in trade business and create fine cultural products), integrates total factors through collectivized operation, propels structural adjustment of the industry and constructs a tourism industry cluster in an attempt to realize asset securitization. The conclusion of this strategic cooperation agreement between Fuding Municipal Government and Fujian Tourism Development Group injected strong vitality to speed up the tourism industry construction in Fuding, offered a precise chance for the Group's development and also marked that the overall cooperation between both parties stepped to a new stage. After its conclusion, an extensive space characterized by cooperation, win-win results and mutual benefits is bound to rise.

According to the agreement, both parties would made initial cooperation in an attempt to build a "RV Tourism Small Town in Taimushan". By making use of the tourists resources in Taimushan, both parties will make joint efforts to develop a "scenic area + camp" mode, boost the transformation from a sightseeing-based scenic area to a leisure-oriented one and promote in-depth transformation of the destination. "We will promote "3113" strategic industry layout centering on tourist service centers in Fuzhou, Xiamen and Mount Wuyi (three tourist service centers, 10 tourist bases, over 100 diversified leisure travel destination, and three tourism belts of blue sea, green ecosystem and red culture) and include Taimushan in the original tourist service center point to form a new "3+1" mode, said a principal from Fujian Tourism Development Group.
