Approach Taimushan on the Earth Day

On April 20 - 22, 2017, the activity of the "48th Earth Day: saving and intensively using resources to promote green and simple life -- tell good stories about the Earth" was organized by relevant units such as the Management Office of the Taimushan in Ningde UNESCO Global Geopark, the Tianhu Community, and the Taimushan Central Primary School, involving over 50 teachers and students and more than 40 residents.

Students from the Qinyu Central Primary School came to the sewage treatment plant in Taimushan Town to watch the whole process of sewage treatment. The visit endowed them with a comprehensive understanding about the sewage treatment process, more knowledge about sewage treatment and greater awareness of water conservation.

On the Earth Day, volunteers from the Tianhu Community in Fuding cleaned the Global Geopark -- Taimushan and Niulanggang. They protected the environment and enabled the nature to recover her beautiful and fresh look with their practical actions.
