On the morning of April 22, 2017, a group of middle school students draped in red volunteer ribbons and dressed in school uniform of Fu'an No.3 Middle School gathered in the square of Fu'an Baiyunshan Scenic Area to go to the scenic area under the guidance of the leading teachers and working staff of the scenic area. Over 30 students paid a visited to the geological museum there to learn knowledge on geology and geomorphology and also to the stone mortar group in Baiyunshan. 

Working staff of the scenic area introduced the geological and geomorphological development course, formation process, rock structure and composition, volcanic eruption, biological patterns and other related information of Fu'an Baiyunshan, Fuding Taimushan and Pingnan Baishuiyang and also helped students further consolidated their knowledge on geology and geomorphology. After that, all students expressed that they learned a lot from this.  One leading teacher expressed that "we organized students to visit museum and make field investigation mainly to make them love the environment, protect the nature, combine theory and fact, vividly demonstrate boring textbook knowledge and raise students' interest in learning. Therefore, such an activity is of great importatnce."
