Care about Living and Access To Happiness -- Lantern Festival Activity
On February 10, the Management Committee of Fuding Taimushan Scenic Area came to Fusheng Qianlong Shoufu neighborhood in the Wuliting Community of Wangzhuang Sub-district, Fuzhou, and carried out the Lantern Festival activity of "Taimushan Tourism Goes into Communities -- Care about Living and Access to Hapiness", which brought the tourism resources in front of the residents of the community and allow them to enjoy convience and benefits without leaving the community.
This activity went deep into communities and adopted the ways of distributing Fuding tourism brochures, answering residents' questions and sending them colorful Taimushan customized tourism gifts, such as notebooks, mouse mats, shopping bags, glass cups, white tea cakes, to interact closely with residents and further advocate civilized, safe and happy travelling concepts.
Taimushan strawberry bags won the greatest popularity for their practical and cute designs; each housewife was given one; they even couldn't help to use it!
On the site of the activity, the cooperation with the outlets of local tourism agencies provided great convenience for the community residents to travel in Taimushan; Taimushan tourism route was available each day and they could sign up for tourist groups at site.

Fuding Taimushan Scenic Area
Taimushan (titles including Global Geopark, national park of China, national 5A scenic area, state natural heritage) is sited in Fuding City of Fujian Province at the juncture between Fujian and Zhejiang; it stands toweringly along the shore of the East China Sea and in the hug of Qingchuan Bay; here, the mountain leans close to the sea; moreover, its majestic and elegant air, magnificent momentum and unique sceneries give it the reputation as a "Celestial City in the Sea". With a sightseeing area of 92.02 km2, it features granite hoodoos and grottos, and integrates mountains, sea, rivers and cultural landscapes into an organic whole; it is divided into Taimushan Mountain Peak, Qingchuan Bay Seashore, Jiulixi and Waterfall and Fuyao Archipelago, etc. and possesses natural landscapes, like high mountains, strange stones, rare caves, elegant streams, and darting waterfalls, and rich cultural landscapes, like ancient temples and stele inscriptions, which provide tourists with colorful activities, including climbing mountains, sea viewing, cave exploration, stream yachting, ancient traces searching, and folk customs collecting...
How to get to Taimushan?
Taimushan is 200km away from Fuzhou, Fujian and 118km away from Wenzhou, Zhejiang; national highway 104 runs through Fuding; moreover, Shenyang-Haikou expressway and Wenzhou-Fuzhou railway pass through the foot of Taimushan. Currently, tourists can arrive directly at Taimushan railway station by taking the D-series high-speed train (it takes respectively 5h, 2h and 1h to Taimushan from Shanghai, Xiamen, and Fuzhou), and then transfer to a sightseeing bus to Taimushan; self-driving tourists can get off at the "Taimushan" exit in Wenzhou-Fuzhou section of the Tongjiang-Sanya expressway and then drive under the indication of road signs to arrive.
