In order to advocate civilized tourism and create civilized and harmonious travel environment, Baiyunshan Scenic Area will hold "Making Both Good Deeds and Ugly Deeds Public" -- Snapshot Activity of Civilized Traveling. All tourists and working staff of the Scenic Area may shoot picture to praise civilized traveling deeds and expose uncivilized traveling deeds by mobile phones. The Scenic Area calls for the whole society to pay attention to civilized traveling in an attempt to help promote the civilized service level in the Scenic Area and improve tourists' consciousness of civilized traveling. All contributions are expected.

III. Work contents

Snapshots contributed fall into pictures reflecting civilized traveling and uncivilized traveling deeds. The photographer may positively reflect the relevant contents for praise, or expose relevant deeds for warning and monitoring.  The shooting angles (but not limited to) below can be referred to:

1. Reflect tourists' behaviors:

Any tourist takes the initiative to warn or prohibit others' uncivilized behavior; any civilization supervisor or volunteer do guidance work for civilized traveling; any tourist does not make noises, litter rubbish and spit everywhere in public space; any tourist complies with the no-smoking rules, does not jump a queue, damage cultural relics and waste food; any tourist complies with the rule for protection of wildlife or respect local culture and customs of the travel destination, etc.

2. Reflect behaviors of employees in the Scenic Area:

Actively practice the "tourist-oriented and since service" core value of the tourism industry. Employees and tour guides in the Scenic Area take the initiative to serve tourists with passion and popularize and introduce local customs, taboos and relevant laws; provide civilized guidance and advertise civilized etiquette, remind tourists to comply with rules and be polite promptly and also discourage tourists from uncivilized behaviors promptly; conscientiously own duties; environmental sanitation workers clean up waste and sundries timely and ensure no permitted placement.

IV. Activity time

The activity will be carried out for a long term; appraisal will be made each quarter and the winner list will be announced at the beginning of the first month in the next quarter. The press time will be the last day of the current quarter and works should be shot in the current quarter.

The appraisal of the fourth quarter in 2015 will begin from now on and no contributions will be accepted after December 30, 2015. Works contributed should be shot in 2015.

V. Requirements for contributions

1. The works contributed must be shot by the contributor and the contributor has the independent and complete copyright of the contributed works.

2. The works contributed must be colorful or black-and-white digital photos. No technical adjustment on the original images including deletion, addition and composition is permitted. However, necessary post processing is permitted while remaining the original appearance of the works to be contributed.

3. The original parameter information of the works contributed should be preserved for calling and check later.

4. Submission method: contributions in the original picture mode will be directly sent to the WeChat official account "Fujian Fu'an Baiyunshan" together with the title, contributor's name and contact number.

VI. Awards

1. Excellent Works Prize: appraised each quarter, with one first, second and third prize respectively and three honorable mention prizes. Rewards will be given to all winners.

The second prize: 2 tickets of Baiyunshan Scenic Area

The third prize: 1 ticket of Baiyunshan Scenic Area

Honorable mention: one delicate gift

2. Civilized Behavior Prize: good personalities and good deeds indicated in awarded works will also be commended, while ugly deeds and behaviors will be exposed in a proper range.

VII. Appraise mode

1. Primary appraisal: the first round of appraisal will be done by the working staff to select eligible works to enter the next link.

2. Appraisal by experts: the expert group will select one winner for the first, second and third prize respectively and 3 for honorable mention. The appraisal result will be announced in the official WeChat.

VIII. Relevant instructions

1. No fee will be charged in this activity and contributions will not be returned, so please keep a copy by yourself. The organizer has the right to use all award-winning works in publicity activities and no remuneration will be offered except for commercial use.

2. Relevant portraiture right and copyright The contributor shall have the contributions' copyright and the contributions shall not infringe the copyright, portraiture right, right of reputation, right of privacy, trademark right, right of business name and other legitimate rights of others, or else all liabilities incurred thereby shall be assumed by the contributor. In order to avoid the above, uncivilized behaviors shot in public place fall into the permitted range for exposure, while candid camera should be avoided in public space.

3. Fujian Fu'an Baiyunshan Scenic Area reserves the final interpretation right of this activity.
