V. About game rules

This game is under the knockout system. The sketch of the rules for the "Water-sprinkling PK Game among Travelling Agencies" is as follows: 

1) The game time is 3 minutes.

2) The participating team can each deploy 10 players in the water-blocking area to splash water towards the attackers for defense

3) The other 20 players of the participating team can splash water outside the cordon on the sketch above.

4) The party whose pail in the central area is filled with the largest amount of water during the game wins.

5) The defensive players can block the water freely within the cordon; the offensive players should not cross the cordon line to splash water; if one party violates this rule, the other party will be regarded as the winner.

6) Game spirit: It is to pursue the largest joy from civilized water-sprinkling based on the principle of friendship first and competition second.

VI. Relevant preferential policies

(I) Local tourists in Ningde

1. On the day of the activity, the residents in all counties of Ningde can enjoy the preferential policy of free admission with his/her own ID card (excluding the fees for sightseeing vehicle and cave ladders).

2. On the day of the activity, the residents in Pingnan can enjoy the preferential policy of free admission and free sightseeing vehicle riding in Baishuiyang Scenic Area (excluding the fee for cave ladders within the Yuanyang Stream Scenic Area).

3. The children can enjoy the same policies as above with their valid residence booklet.

(II) Non-local tourists in Ningde

On the day of the activity, the tourists who buy Baishuiyang and Yuanyang Stream joint tickets (including full fare joint ticket and half fare joint ticket) can carry a child under 1.5m (including 1.5m) for free to enter into the scenic area (including the fee for sightseeing vehicles in the Baishuiyang Scenic Area and excluding the fee for cave ladders in the Yuanyang Stream Area).

VII. Registration method and related conditions for this game

1. All travel agencies are qualified to sign up; each unit consists of 30 players; the registration time is from June 10 to June 25. (All travel agents should submit the registration form to the marketing department of the scenic area before June 25.)

2. Local travel agencies should dispatch 1 national guide or team leader qualified with relevant certificates.

3. All game participants enjoy free admission to Baishuiyang Scenic Area.

4. The game time is scheduled on June 28; delay might occur in case of special reasons.

5. Those participants who fail to arrive on time will be regarded as waiving the game automatically.

VIII. Awards setting

Champion: Cash prize of RMB 6,280

The First Runner-up: Cash prize of RMB 3,280

The Second Runner-up: Cash prize of RMB 1,280

IX: Atmosphere building and site layout:

1. Set colored flags, ribbons and two air floating balloons at the entrance of the scenic area to highlight the lively atmosphere.

2. Hang large-scale red banners on eye-catching buildings in Baishuiyang Scenic Area (such as the ticket checking site, double-dragon bridge, sightseeing platform, etc.)

3. The game area is set on the overwater square, which is cordoned off around; the security personnel act in close coordination.

4. Build a stand for sound equipment on the left of the performance area (4m *4m).
