Founded in May 2008, Pingnan Xingguang Travel Agency was appraised as a demonstration point of Ningde 7^th (2012--2014) Annual Civilized Industry Construction by Ningde Steering Committee for Spiritual Civilization Building in May 2012. The agency was appraised as AAA travel agency of Fujian Province in 2013. The agency was appraised as AAAA travel agency of Fujian Province in 2014. Our agency has developed a bunch of tourism safety and quality production rules and regulation for centralized management and quality services by standard and achieved the transition from "staff management by staff" to "staff management by rule", thus shaking off work randomness and blindness. The agency has also made full use of the significant opportunity brought by Ningde-Wuyishan Highway opened to traffic to consolidate Fujian market and expand Taizhou, Jinhua, Quzhou and other markets. After three years of development, the agency employed 35 employees. In 2014, we received over 30,000 tourists and over 3,000 tourists in groups. As a result, we achieved RMB 10.1778 million of gross revenue, RMB 306,900 of operation profits and paid RMB 97,700 of business tax. Our agency's tourist number topped the list of all travel agencies in Pingnan for three consecutive years. In terms of local guide, we have built a local guide operation network taking Fujian and South Zhejiang as the main tourism-generating region, the Yangtze River Delta Region and Chaozhou-Shantou region as the secondary tourism-generating region and Baishuiyang, Yuanyang Stream and Taimushan as the tourist destinations. Further, the agency has always followed the mission of "guest orientation and reputation first" and made strenuous efforts to expand the tourist market and offer quality tourist services.
