As a UNESCO Global Geopark, national park of China, national 5A scenic area and national natural heritage, Taimushan is sited in Fuding City of Fujian Province. It stands toweringly along the shore of the East China Sea and in the hug of Qingchuan Bay; here, the mountain leans close to the sea; moreover, its majestic and elegant air, magnificent momentum and unique sceneries give it the reputation as a "Celestial City in the Sea". 

Taimushan Scenic Area 

Characterized by granite & hoodoo grottos, integrating the mountains, sea, rivers and islands as well as the cultural landscape, Taimushan includes scenic areas of Mountain Peak Scenic Area, Qingchuan Bay Seashore, Fuyao Archipelago and Jiulixi and Waterfall, and independent scenic areas of Stockade of She Ethnic Group and Ancient Dwellings. Tourists can experience the aura of "mountains, sea, rivers and islands" and find the wonder of "UNESCO Global Geopark". 

As the quintessence of Taimushan Scenic Area, Taimushan Mountain Peak holds a sightseeing area of 24.6km² and becomes famous for four wonders of "steep mountain, rare peak, secluded cave and illusory mist". On the mountain, there are 360 sites of rocks in different artful postures. More-than one hundred grottos at the foot of peak constitute an intersecting shape. All caves are connected in a criss-cross manner. Winding and deep, all caves make an underground maze. The landscape of granite grottos there is rarely seen in the world's other famous mountains and are really fantastic. 

YuShan Island

 As one of the Top 10 Beautiful Islands in China, YuShan Island, known as Fuyao Archipelago in the ancient times, implies "a land of fortune and fine jade". Abundant spring holes there are limpid and crystal clear. There is also 10,000mu grassland reputed as "Tianshan Mountain in the South". (Tips: get off on Yujing Wharf in Xiamen Town, Fuding City (Yangbai Exit of G15 Highway) or Sansha Wharf in Xiapu Cuonty (Sansha of G15 Highway) and then take a ferry. The ticket is RMB 40 YuShan Island Scenic Area and RMB 15 will be charged to and from Tianhu Scenic Area. ) 

Chixi Village 

As a She ethnic administrative village under the jurisdiction of Panxi Town (Fuding), Chixi Village is located on the southwest hill of Taimushan - Level 5A tourist attraction belonging to the Ningde UNESCO Global Geopark. At present, the village is "China's Poorest Village", the Pilot of National Characteristic Minority Villages and also national pilot village to relieve poverty via tourism. Honey Chicken Wings: Fuding Chicken Wings, also known as Honey Chicken Wings, is a kind of famous food of Han people in Fuding, Fujian and falls into the range of Fujian cuisine. It is named by its invention place and has been approved as local speciality. Authentic Honey Chicken Wings have purplish red color, sweet and crispy taste, proper salinity. The plump meat and thick soup, as well as fragrant and fresh taste, give it endless charm and appeal.

Fuding Pork Wonton: Fuding had no pork wonton at the beginning. It was introduced to Fuding by a chef of Li Ba, prefecture chief of Funing Mansion during the reign of Qianlong. Hot 

Fuding White Tea: white tea is one of China's six types of tea. Fuding is the place of origin of white tea and the hometown of China's white tea, reputed as that "China is home to the world's white tea, and Fuding is home to China's white tea". Fuding White Tea features unique origin, natural craftsmanship and special effects. It gained its name owing to the full bud of finished products, full cover by pekoe and snow-white color. After brewing, white tea shows apricot yellow, limpid and bright liquid and one sip would make one enjoy its fragrant, refreshing, sweet and thick taste. As a special treasure among various kinds of tea, its unique making process is free from frying and rubbing and retains nutrients in tea at maximum, thus holding extremely high health efficacy. 

All-season Citrus Grandis: it is a local famous and precious speciality in Fuding and has over 200 years of growing history in Fuding. It belongs to the range of citrus and shaddock in the Rutaceae. It received its name for blossoming and yielding fruit all year around. Over half a year of fruit bearing make it possible to fully absorb nutrients in the atmosphere and soil, thus "holding forth all favorable conditions in four seasons". Its high nutritive value makes it known as the king of fruit.

Perch: Fuding is the "home of perch in China". Perches in Fuding, also known as "perches in Tongjiang", grow in the intersection of salt and fresh water of Tongjiang and the East China Sea where the water quality is excellent with the PH value ranging from 7 to 8 and water velocity of about 10m/s. Less coming and going ships there make perches free from noise disturbance. Further, favorable natural conditions in every aspect make perches there the best quality. 

Areca-nut: with nearly 300 years of history in Fuding, endowed with the superior natural conditions and soil and water conditions, it has developed unique taste and large and beautiful appearance by taking advantage of special mother rock, parent material, great soil group, soil thickness, fertility, soil nutrients, texture, pH value and distinctive management methods.
