On May 26, 2015, the delegation headed by deputy director Huang Guoyi from Ningde UNESCO Global Geopark Management Committee paid a visit to Shennongjia UNESCO Global Geopark to attend 2015 Annual Meeting on China's UNESCO Global Geoparks on May 27 and 28. At the meeting, Zheng Yuan, office director of National Geological Park Network Center, made systematic summarization on the main work and highlights of China's global geoparks in 2014 and announced the key work arrangement of global geoparks in 2014. The representative from Ningde UNESCO Global Geopark gave a speech on experience sharing and demonstrated fruitful characteristics work and successful examples of the park. During the meeting, Ningde UNESCO Global Geopark entered into a friendly sister park agreement with Dali Mount Cangshan UNESCO Global Geopark.
