Located by the riverside of Xiu Brook in the east of She Ethnic Township, Xita Village (She Ethnic Township, Fu'an) is adjacent to the beautiful Baiyunshan of Ningde UNESCO Global Geopark in its north, and is known as a birthplace of Lan's Family in Fu'an. It accomodates 633 villagers (133 households) of both She ethnic group and Lan's Family at present. Legend has it that Xita was named due to a tower located nearby the Brook.

Pillar industries in Xita are agriculture and tourism. Thanks to the Southland Grape Valley 6 km long continuously nearby the Xiu Brook and fruits (e.g. peaches, Furong plums, loquats and persimmons) planted for one thousand mu, the net income per capita reached RMB 20357 in 2016. By virtue of its distinctive humanistic and ecological landscapes, Xita Village has been awarded with titles like China's Characteristic Minority Village, China's Characteristic Village, Fujian Beautiful Village Construction Pilot & Ningde New Socialist Countryside Construction Pilot Village, National Level AAA Scenic Area, "The Most Beautiful Grape Valley in China", etc.
